The website will accept your order purchase depending upon the availability. If the order has been processed but the product has run out of stock, then we will refund your payment. Your amount will be refunded using the original payment method.


You can buy the products and services from the website at any time. The orders will be processed by the website within 48 working hours, depending upon the availability. The website will deliver the orders at the earliest.


Once you add the products you like to your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout page. The page will display all the order details including the order amount and the cost of shipping. All the orders purchased on the website will be charged with a flat shipping rate of $16 per order.


All the orders will be delivered by the website within 20 working days. The website will provide international delivery as well. While making the purchase, an estimated delivery time will be provided by the website.

Payment Details

The website will accept payment via MasterCard and VISA only. Once you make the purchase, the payment will be charged to your card only after the order has been purchased. For acknowledgement of amount received, we will e-mail a payment receipt. We do not accept cash payment.

Status Link

To help you find the location of your package, the website will e-mail the tracking link. You can use the link 36 hours after the order has been dispatched to find the location of your order.


We promise to deliver your orders on time. However, in case you do not receive the order within 7 days from the delivery date, then you can report the delayed deliveries to our support. We will conduct an enquiry for finding the cause for delay and if we are responsible for the same, we will resend the order bearing all the shipping charges.


We wish to give you complete freedom and hence accept order cancellations on this website. No matter your personal reasons, we will accept your cancellation request. All you have to do is provide your order number details and we will proceed with cancellations. However, if the order has been delivered and yet you wish to cancel the order, you must then send it back to us. Once approved, refunds will be transferred.

The website will accept returns. However, you are required to send a written request within 3 working days from the delivery date. We deliver only quality products; however, if the product has been damaged during the course of delivery, you can send it back for inspection. This will take at least 10 working days. If the damages are genuine, we will deliver a new product bearing all the shipping charges. If the product is currently unavailable, then we will refund your payment.


Refunds are made available on this website only if they are approved. Once authorized, the payment will be transferred through the same bank account that was used for initial purchase. So, the amount can be transferred through the bank account or the card which was used for initial purchase. The website will transfer the amount not earlier than 3 days from the refund confirmation. The amount will be refunded in maximum 10 working days. The cash refunds are not provided.  

While refunding your payment, we will not include the shipping charges involved for the package. This means that the shipping charges and handling charges mentioned in the packaging slip or invoice will also not be refunded. For returns, the website requests you to bear the shipping charges. If the returned product has been damaged, it will be considered as your responsibility. We do not ensure that the returns will be accepted.
